4th of July

Reagan (family friend), Olivia, Gracie & Emery
What a great LONG weekend we had at Lake LBJ with the entire Malitz clan.  The cousins had so much fun swimming together, splashing, and sliding!
We went to the lake Wednesday night after Jimmy got home from work, and stayed until Sunday afternoon.  What a treat it was to be there for so long.  The 4th was great.... we had a BBQ with other friends, that was delicious.  There was too much food (as always), but boy was it good... Reid got up at 5am to start the brisket, Ryan cooked a turkey on the Green Egg, as well as all the fixins' beans, potatoe salad, watermelon, crunchy cole slaw... and to top it off American Flag Cake (that tasted much better than it look), and delicious homemade fresh peach ice cream!  No shortage on food!

We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful Texas summer heat, lathered up in sunscreen, and in the water!  You name it... we probably did it! Lots of skiing early in the day when the water was as smooth as glass... Ryan barefooted, Lauren trick skiied, Dad, Jimmy, Tim, and I all skied.

We also, surfed (behind the boat), disked, rode the wave runners, took long Pontoon boat rides...
